concerning the ownership, carry, and use of these items found on Musashi Swords
website vary from one community to the next. It is the buyers responsibility to

agrees to all terms and conditions and assumes all liability. Musashi Swords and
all of it's affiliates assume no responsibility for any injuries that may occur
by the mishandling or negligent use of any merchandise sold on our website.
Security & Privacy
Credit card fraud is virtually nonexistent on the Internet, but it could happen.
All personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address
are sent encrypted as they are transmitted over the internet. We will not disclose
your personal information to outside parties. We may occasionally send out email
informing previous customers of new items, specials or updates that we may have.
Absolute ZERO-TOLERANCE against any individual found using fraudulent
information and unauthorized used of any form of payment. In a case of
fraudulent unauthorized use and at the discretion of the rightful card holder,
Musashi Swords reserves the right to disclose customer information to law
enforcement agencies in case of fraud or bad/stolen credit cards.
Shipping Policy
We ship international outside of United States and Canada. Because of shipping restrictions you must contact us to place an order. Our website is configured to only ship within United States and Canada. We charge a fixed shipping of $9 per item which is available only to the lower US regions. APO/AE, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands will be charged extra per item. Canadian residents will be charge extra per item. All items are insured. It is at our discretion to choose what shipping service to use - NO EXCEPTIONS. At this time we do not offer the option of rush deliveries. Please don't ask.
Refund Policy
Upon the receipt of your merchandise we offer a 10 day return or exchange. To
receive refund (less shipping), the merchandise must be in it’s original unused
condition with all packaging materials intact. Refund will be extended after we
have inspected the merchandise and find it to be in original condition. If the
returned merchandise is found to be handled, misused and in a non-saleable condition
there will be a 20% restocking charge. It is the buyers responsibility to cover

Payment Policy
All prices within Musashi Swords is United States currency. We accept Money
Orders (Postal Preferred), Cashier & Personal Checks. Personal Checks will
be held for 10 days or as long as it is necessary to clear by the bank.
